Grace Song

Grace holds a dual Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy and brings a global perspective to her practice. Having lived on three continents and worked with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds, she understands the complexity of life’s journey and takes a systemic approach, considering each client’s unique relationships, environment, and personal history.

Her counseling approach is integrative, drawing from various evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, and emotion-focused therapy. Her practice is grounded in a humanistic/existential perspective, characterized by an open-minded and accepting demeanor.

Grace prioritizes a collaborative relationship and meaningful connections with her clients, creating a safe and supportive space for the clients to explore their identities, experiences, and challenges and to cultivate healing and growth.
